Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the instructions below.
1. How to Request
All exchange or cancellation requests must be made through your account on the website, in the "My Orders" section → "Request Exchange/Cancellation".
2. Deadlines for Request
- Dissatisfaction, size, or withdrawal: A period of up to 10 calendar days from the date of product receipt.
- Manufacturing defect: A period of up to 90 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Right of repentance (online purchases): A period of up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
3. Product Conditions
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be sent back under the following conditions:
- In the original packaging.
- With the cedar shoe tree that came with it.
- With the invoice.
- Without signs of use.
4. Exchange and Refund Process
The first exchange is free of charge and will be made via a Correios postage code.
- Credit card refund: The chargeback may take up to 30 business days to be processed.
- Bank slip refund: The amount will be deposited within 15 business days after the return is approved.
